2012 All-Class Reunion in San Francisco!Registration is from February 15th - May 15th

REUNION FEES
Welcome Reception and Dinner/Dance
Registration Fee - $145 per person

** Fee - $28 per person** The fees for the Sunday Morning Sayonara Breakfast will be collected at the hotel by Hotel Nikko staff. Please indicate on the registration form how many members of your group will be attending the optional breakfast.
Registration/Check-in at the reunion will be held on Thursday, July 5th (3:00pm - 5:00pm), Friday, July 6th in the morning (9:00am - 11:00am), and afternoon (1:00pm - 4:00pm) in the hospitality suite.
The Zama Alumni Association Board will hold a general membership meeting on Saturday, July 7th, between 9:00am - 10:00am. The purpose of this meeting is for the board members to provide an update to members on association activities. This meeting is also an opportunity to ask questions or share your ideas for the association with other members.
** OPTIONAL REUNION ACTIVITIES
The Decade Reps are planning optional activities for Friday night and Saturday. Please stay tuned for more details and sign-up instructions. All alumni and guests are welcome to participate in any of the activities.

T-shirts & Sweatshirts
San Francisco can be cool, even in July, so this year we're doing something new! T-shirts AND sweatshirts will be available for advance purchase.
The 2012 San Francisco Reunion commemorative t-shirt and sweatshirt is another great design by our very own, very talented George Kitrinos (Class of '77). Order your t-shirts and sweatshirts now. There will only be a limited number of both for purchase at the reunion.
There is a $5 shipping charge if you will not be attending the reunion. Reunion t-shirts and sweatshirts will be mailed to you after the reunion.
Raffle
We will be holding a raffle during the Saturday Night Dinner/Dance. Raffle tickets will be $1 each. Buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win a free room night at the Hotel Nikko, a free breakfast, or free reunion registration fee! There will also be other great items donated by alumni!
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE REUNION AND ORDER YOUR T-SHIRT/SWEATSHIRT
There are 2 options to register for the reunion events, order t-shirts/sweatshirts, and to pay membership dues.
Option 1: Online Form and Payment Method:
Step 1: Sign in to the ZAA web site and click on the 2012 SF REUNION link.
Step 2: Scroll down to the 2012 SF REUNION REGISTRATION FORM and complete the detailed information on you and your guests who plan to attend the reunion.
Step 3: Scroll down to ITEMS FOR SALE, and select the desired items and quantity for the reunion registration fee, t-shirts, sweatshirts, membership dues, etc. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to place them in your shopping cart.
Step 4: When you have completed your selections, continue to PAYMENT OPTIONS to pay for the items in your shopping cart. Select your payment type, enter your credit card information and submit your payment. You will receive email confirmation which will include the details of your order. The payment amount you make will be sent to the bank account for the Zama Alumni Association.
Option 2: Regular US Mail and Check Payment:
Step 1: Sign in to the ZAA web site and click on the 2012 SF REUNION link.
Step 2: Print out and complete the 2012 SF REUNION REGISTRATION FORM and calculate the total for your registration fee, t-shirt/sweatshirt purchase(s), and non-member fee/membership dues (if applicable) and late fees (if applicable).
Step 3: Print out and complete the 2012 SF REUNION T-SHIRT/SWEATSHIRT FORM and calculate the total fees.
Step 4: Mail your completed form and check payable to the Zama Alumni Association to:

ZAA Membership Dues
Your Zama Alumni Association Board of Directors encourages all alumni to become members of the ZAA. Your membership fee is used to support the activities of the ZAA which include but is not limited to providing the ZAA website, maintaining the legal status of the association, and for organizing the reunions. You may pay your membership dues in advance by selecting future years. This is *optional* and has been provided per alumni request.
Non-Member Fee
A non-member fee of $50 will be charged for alumni who attend the reunion but who are not or do not want to be ZAA members. Guests of alumni are not required to pay membership dues or non-member fees.
Late Fees
A late fee of $25 may be required if you register after the registration deadline. Please contact the reunion committee if you are registering late.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your paid registration, your fees will be refunded in full prior unless your cancellation results in the Zama Alumni Association becoming responsible per a contractual agreement. Please contact the reunion committee as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration.
Cancellations of hotel reservations are between alumni and the hotel, and are made according to their policy.
Data Privacy
Personal data that you submit during the registration process is used for administrative purposes only. The data in the ZAA web site is private and is never sold or distributed to third parties outside of the association for any reason. The Hotel Nikko will provide information to the Zama Alumni Association for purposes of tracking reservations and ensuring that the guaranteed room block commitment is met according to the contractual agreement.Indemnification
By registering, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zama Alumni Association, (ZAA) and their, subsidiaries and other affiliates, and its and their directors, officers, employees, information providers, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors and other applicable third parties from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, debt or liability, including reasonable attorneys fees, including without limitation attorneys fees and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties arising out of, related to, or which may arise from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) any breach or non-compliance by you of any term of this Terms of Service or any of ZAA's policies; (iii) any dispute or litigation caused by your actions or omissions; or (iv) your negligence or violation or alleged violation of any law or rights of a third party.
